What Is Silicone Printing?
Silicone printing is a premium garment decoration technique that uses silicone-based ink instead of traditional plastisol ink. The silicone ink is screen printed directly onto the fabric surface and then heat-cured to create a smooth, flexible, soft-touch, and highly durable print layer.
Unlike standard screen printing, silicone print offers better stretch recovery, stronger adhesion on performance fabrics, and a more luxurious tactile finish.
