Why EmbroOne Factory. Every Print.
All Custom Print Techniques — No OutsourcingMost manufacturers outsource specialist printing to third-party print shops — adding cost, lead time, and a second quality control gap to every order. At MyApparelManufacturer.com, every print technique listed on this page is produced in our own facility by our own team.
That means your design brief goes to one person, your sample comes from one factory, your QC is handled by one team, and your garments ship from one address. Whether you need a single-colour plastisol chest print or a multi-technique foil-and-puff combination, it all happens under one roof.
🏭100% In-House Production
Every technique printed by our own team — not outsourced to third parties.

Screen Printing Methods
8 Screen Printing TechniquesScreen printing is our core custom print capability — offering the widest range of
visual and tactile effects of any print method. Every technique below is produced
on our own screen presses in Dongguan.
Technique 01
Plastisol PrintingThe industry standard for bold, vibrant, high-opacity colour on any fabric ground. Up to 8 spot colours. Works on both light and dark garments. Ideal for logos, graphics, photographic halftones, and large-format designs with a crisp, long-lasting finish.
Technique 02
Puff Printing
A foam-additive plastisol ink that physically rises off the fabric surface during heat curing—creating a bold, 3D raised tactile texture. Delivers a premium, eye-catching finish for logos, wordmarks, and streetwear graphics on t-shirts and hoodies.
Technique 03
Water-Based Printing
An eco-conscious ink system that penetrates fabric fibres rather than sitting on top — producing an ultra-soft hand-feel with no rubberised surface. Ideal for brands prioritising sustainability and garment comfort on lighter coloured fabrics.
Technique 04
Foil PrintingA metallic foil layer heat-bonded to a glue-ink base printed through a screen. Available in gold, silver, holographic, and coloured foil. Creates a mirror-bright metallic surface — popular for fashion collections, luxury streetwear, and premium event apparel.
Technique 05
Discharge PrintingA chemical process that removes the existing dye from dark fabrics and replaces it with a new colour — leaving zero hand-feel. The print becomes part of the fabric itself, producing the softest possible print result on dark garments without any surface. layar
Technique 06
Silicone Printing
A rubber-based ink with excellent stretch recovery and a soft, ultra-smooth tactile feel. Unlike plastisol, silicone flexes with the fabric without cracking—making it ideal for activewear, sportswear, compression garments, and any garment requiring repeated stretch.
Technique 07
Flocking Printing
Short fibres are electrostatically bonded to an adhesive ink base — creating a raised velvet-like texture on the surface of the fabric. Produces a luxurious, premium, soft-touch tactile effect for logos and graphics. Available in a wide range of flock fibre colours.
Technique 08
High-Density PrintingAn extra-thick plastisol ink deposit built up through multiple print passes — creating a sculptural raised surface with sharp, clean geometric edges and no foam expansion. Produces maximum raise height and a solid, premium feel for bold brand.
Digital Print Methods
3 Digital Printing TechnologiesDigital print methods offer unlimited colour and photographic-quality reproduction
without screen setup costs — ideal for complex artwork, low quantities, and rapid
sampling with short lead times.
Technique 01
DTG — Direct to GarmentAn inkjet printing process that fires water-based inks directly into the fabric fibres using a modified textile printer. Produces photographic-quality full-colour prints with soft hand-feel and no minimum order quantity restrictions. Best on 100% cotton and light-coloured garments.
Technique 02
Heat Transfer Printing
A design is printed onto a special transfer paper or film and then heat-pressed onto the garment. Offers high-detail reproduction, vibrant colours, and excellent durability. Compatible with a wider range of fabric types than DTG, including polyester and blended fabrics for sportswear applications.
Technique 03
DTF — Direct to Film
A digital print-and-transfer process where ink is printed onto a PET film, coated with hot-melt adhesive powder, and then heat-applied to the garment. Combines the colour accuracy and detail of digital printing with the fabric compatibility of heat transfer — works on cotton, polyester, nylon, and blends.
